The candlelit Boating Lake, the evening ambiance of Városliget Café, and the carefully curated three-course dinner come together to create a truly memorable evening.
The melodies drifting from the concert, the light of thousands of candles, and the tranquil atmosphere of a summer night provide a special backdrop for the dinner—an evening that serves as a perfect setting for an anniversary, a birthday, or simply a memorable summer experience in Budapest.

Pre-selected three-course menu with à la carte drinks.

The restaurant lights dim and the candlelight takes center stage, while the special evening view of the lake and the music playing in the background complete the experience.

Closing of the evening. With memories of a special summer night.

The menu price includes the service charge.
Menu selection is made during the online reservation process.
Table allocation is arranged according to the order of reservations. Earlier bookings have a greater chance of securing the most desirable seats with the best views.

One of the most extraordinary elements of the Candle Lake Dinner is its visual experience. The candlelit Boating Lake, the evening lights, the summer vibe of City Park, and the melodies floating in the background come together to create an atmosphere that can only be experienced a few times throughout the year.
Some come here to celebrate an anniversary, while others want to make a summer evening unforgettable. The common thread of the Candle Lake Dinner is always the same: to escape the everyday rush and simply surrender to the magic of the evening.
Table Reservation & Deposit Table Reservation
Candle Lake Dinner events can only be attended with a prior online table reservation.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of HUF 5,000 per person is required. During the booking process, an amount of HUF 5,000 per person will be authorized on your bank card through TEYA's secure payment system. This amount is not charged immediately.
If you attend the event, the authorization will be automatically released. If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the event, the authorization will also be automatically released.
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours or no-show, the authorized amount will be charged.

Photography and Video Recording
During the event, Városliget Café may take photographs and video recordings, which may be used on its own marketing and communication platforms.
Important Information
Candle Lake Dinner events have limited seating capacity; therefore, tables are allocated in the order reservations are received.
A Candle Lake Dinner reservation is not a concert ticket and does not provide access to the concert auditorium. The program takes place in the restaurant of Városliget Café.
