The live music program is not just an extra: a genuine connection is formed between the musicians and the audience,
making every occasion special. The performing artists are not only experienced performers, but also contribute to the experience with a musical world rich in genres and stories.

Balázs Specker
I have been playing music in the Városliget Café & Restaurant since 2016. Beside the acoustic pop songs sometimes I play my own songs too (The San Junipero Experience, https://linktr.ee/thesanjuniperoexperience). I try to add a plus layer to the restaurant’s magic as the part of the ambience while you have a good lunch or a coffee. Earlier, I was lucky to travel and play music around the world on ocean-liners. Also, I worked with László Benkő and Megapolis band keeping the heritage of Omega band alive.

Gergely Kristóf Szabó
I have been playing music in the Városliget Café & Restaurant almost from the opening, with minor or major interruptions. Although, I have my own band, I’ve always loved to play alone, like a singer-songwriter, it means freedom and responsibility at the same time.
The rock, the blues, the pop and the country are the most decisive genres for me, so you can hear them in my show. I attend regularly different stages with my band (www.thebits.hu) , yet I always come here with at least the same enthusiasm. I always try to blend into the vibe of the restaurant and improve the guest experience with my music.
